Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
